To secure your room at the wedding site and to help us sort all other wedding logistics, please send us the following information in the body of the e-mail:

1) Names of all guests in the party (incl. children) attending

2) Ages of children under 16 - Little ones of all ages are welcome; to make sure that parents can enjoy the wedding, we'll organize childcare during the reception 

3) Dietary restrictions, if any

4) Flight arrival and departure details, if available

5) Will you use the bus transfer to and from the wedding hotel on July 5th and July 7th respectively
